We are the first community of printers serving companies and professionals who sell Graphic Arts in all its formats.
Printai was created with the mission of providing the printing market with a comprehensive solution through a community of producers aware of sustainability.
We firmly believe that our contribution can be decisive, which is why we are committed to putting at your disposal the knowledge and accumulated experience of the more than 20 companies that make up the company and we offer you a single platform to channel all your printing needs.
Another of our strengths is the proximity in all aspects:
- We will be close to you in your project, offering you all our experience so that you get the best results.
- But we will also be there physically, since we will manufacture your product as close as possible to your environment, always trying to maintain our Km0 policy.

- Find the product you need through the navigation menu or the search engine
- Choose the options that best suit your needs and customize the finish
- Upload your own design or create it on the fly thanks to our high-quality 100% online editor

I need a custom product
You can access the status of your orders at any time from your personal area, by clicking on "My Orders".
This way you will know in real time what status your project is in.
Don't worry, you can reset your password at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose on the home page:
- Go to the home page
- In the main menu, select the drop-down menu on the Login tab
- There you will find the option Have you forgotten your password?
- You just have to click and follow the steps that the platform offers you.

Registering on the platform offers you multiple advantages to better manage your day-to-day life, among other things:
- Create and save your own designs and templates
- Access your order history and/or repeat them
- Download invoices

Products
If you have a design application, you can save your design in PDF format and send it to us for production.
If you do not have one, you can use the online design that we include in some products.
In all cases, we recommend that you consult our Design Guide, to ensure that we can carry out your project in the best conditions.
Yes.
All files that arrive at Printai are reviewed to ensure they meet printing specifications.
Printai does not modify any file or check for spelling or syntax errors, so if it does not meet the minimum printing requirements, we will contact you to tell you what changes you need to make.
Don't worry, the revision is free and part of our value proposition.
We will contact you to explain which elements cannot be printed with acceptable quality and to help you make the corresponding changes.
The format we accept is the PDF standard.

With the standard revision we check that the resolution of the images is sufficient for printing, that the fonts are embedded, we convert the color mode to CMYK and we modify the very fine lines so that they appear correctly in the print.
With the advanced revision we check all of the above and add the necessary bleed, the cutting guidelines, we embed the missing fonts, we adjust the cover for the books, taking into account the resulting spine and the complete development of it, we will also send you the revised files by email so that you can keep them.
There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.
1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.
3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
Printing
300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.
We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.
Shipping and delivery
Printai covers the shipping costs for purchases over 30€* as long as the delivery is within the peninsula.
For lower amounts, there is a fixed cost of 4.99€.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, you will have to pay a shipping fee of 4.99€. a fixed cost of 9.99€.
These amounts guarantee a quality and sustainable delivery in line with our values.
We currently do not ship abroad or to the Canary Islands.
* For custom quotes, shipping costs may not be included.

We will do everything possible to get it to where you need it.
We are firmly committed to always meeting the planned delivery dates.
We trust that this will be the tone of our relationship, but if for any reason we experience a delay, you will be the first to know and we will seek solutions to any inconvenience this may cause you.
At Printai we guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with the result of your order.
If once you have received it you are not completely satisfied with it, send us an email to calidad@printai.es so that our Quality department can review it and offer you the best solution to the problem.
If the incident is due to a problem during transport, you must indicate this directly on the delivery note at the time of receipt.
Otherwise, we will not be able to manage the appropriate claim with the transport agency.
